Basic Requirements:

1. Visa Application Form: Typewritten; Autograph; Complete and Honest;

2. Photographs: Two; 48*33mm²; one pasted on form, one clipped on passport; 
3. Personal Info. Documents:

    1) Passport: Original and Info. Page's Copy (A4-size); 

                     with no less than six months validity and at least two blank visa pages;

    2) ID Card: Original and Copy (two sides; A4-size);

    3) Home Address Card: Original and Copy (two sides; A4-size);

    4) Employment Proof and/or Finances Proof (If applicable); 

4. Reservation for Accommodation (If applicable);

5.Copy of the latest visa to China before (If applicable).

1. Group Tourism Visa:

        Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (Chinese Name: 被授权单位邀请函或邀请确认函;copy is acceptable);

2. Visit Visa:

         Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (Chinese Name: 被授权单位邀请函或邀请确认函;copy is acceptable);

3. Business Visa:

        Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit(Chinese Name: 被授权单位邀请函或邀请确认函;copy is acceptable);

       Company's Invitation Letter (written in both Chinese and English; Travel plan; 

        Legal Representative's Autograph and ID Card's  and/or Passport Info. Page's Copy, if applicable);

        Corporative Info. Documents (Certificates of Registration, Organizational Code or Taxation);

4. Work Visa:

        Alien Employment License;

        Corporative Info. Documents (Certificates of Registration, Organizational Code or Taxation;

         Legal Representative's ID Card's and/or Passport Info. Page's Copy, if applicable);

        Physical Examination Record for Foreigner;

5. Study Visa:

        JW201/2 Form (Original and Copy);

        Admission Notice (Original and Copy);

        Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (*for long duration only);

       Proof of Financial Status:Bank statement suggesting that applicants have adequate funds to support their study (At least $2500 per school year. For example, if the applicant is going to study in China for 4 years, his bank statement has to show that the balance is no less than $2500*4=$10000). If applicants own property or real estate, submitting the proof documents is helpful to get visas.

  6. Family Reunion Visa (for Chinese Inviters):

        Private Invitation Letter (Embassy's Website Downloaded and Typewritten; Inviter's Autograph);

        Inviter's Personal Info. Documents(ID Card's and/or Passport Info. page's and/or Household Registry Book's Copy);

        Kinship Certificate (Notarized and legalized);

        Physical Examination Record (for long duration only, if applicable);

        Booking of Flight ticket;

7. Private Affairs Visa:

    1) Family Visiting (for Iraqi Inviters):

        Private Invitation Letter (Embassy's Website Downloaded and Typewritten; Inviter's Autograph);

        Iraqi Inviter's Personal Info. Documents:

             (Passport Info. page's and Visa page's and/or Residence Permit Page's Copy;

             Work Permit's Copy; Corporative Documents;

             Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (Chinese Name: 被授权单位邀请函或邀请确认函;copy is acceptable) , for simultaneously Application only; 

             Admission Notice's Copy; University's Acceptance/No Objection Letter;

              JW202 for simultaneously Application only);

        Kinship Certificate;

        Physical Examination Record (for long duration only, if appliable);

        Booking of Flight ticket; 

        2) Other Person Affairs:

P.S. 1. Visa Application with Non Iraqi Passport: with at least six-month-duration Iraqi Visa.
