At the invitation of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zhu Rui, Assistant Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, led a delegation of the CPC to visit Iraq from February 10 to 14. During the visit, a briefing on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC was held for all walks of life in Iraq.
