On July 1, 2013, The Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy Mr. Lin Zheming visited Baghdad University and met with the Dean of Engineering College Dr. Qassim Muhammad Daws. The two sides discussed education cooperation and verified the authenticity of graduation certificate got by a Chinese student.
