On July 10, 2013, The Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy Mr. Jiang Zuyang met with the Deputy Head of Asia and Australasia Department of Iraqi Foreign Ministry Mr. Ibrahim and the Deputy Head of Consular Department Mr. Nizar.
