Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Iraq would like to inform you that the embassy will be conducting a routine cleanup of completed consular documents, including passports, travel documents, notarizations, authentications, visas, and similar items, that have not been picked up for more than one year.

If you have applied for a consular certificate approved before February 1, 2023, and have not yet collected it, please ensure to contact our Embassy via email before March 1, 2024. Please note that any potential consequences resulting from failure to retrieve your documents will be borne by the applicant.

In compliance with relevant laws and regulations, the Embassy will undertake necessary procedures to handle these consular documents appropriately without further announcement from now on.
